How much product yield can you get from a hollow fibre bioreactor?

Example:  a hybridoma that yields 20µg/ml mAb in T-Flask would produce around 0.5 grams per month in around 400ml total harvest volume when using hollow fibre cartridge Medium Size Cat.# C2011, 20ml and double that amount in Cat.# C5011.

A single DUET pump can support 2 hollow fibre cartridge modules. Scale up with Large cartridges or scale out with more pumps. Each cartridge requires around 15 minutes of maintenance per day in the laminar flow cabinet.
